QnA Forum Python FastAPI MySQL Docker ElasticSearch
• Created backend of a QnA forum allowing users to create questions with tags, answer questions,
add comments to answers and questions
• Users can like/dislike questions, answers and comments; bookmark questions to view them later
• Implemented auth using JWT token
• Used FastAPI as backend framework; SQLAlchemy as ORM; MySQL as DB; python library pydantic
for validation
• Containerized the backend server with Docker
• Implemented search capability on the title of the question using ElasticSearch
